ParcelEdge is commercial property screening software built for one narrow job: help a user input a site and determine whether it should be killed, reviewed, or pursued.

The product is focused on vacant standalone single-tenant commercial buildings and vacant commercial land or pad sites suitable for freestanding national tenants. It is not a general CRE CRM, brokerage portal, or generic investment dashboard.

The goal is simple: reduce manual research, prioritize public and official data sources, surface missing facts clearly, and tell the user what matters next.
